You can cancel with the right to return up to 24 hours after the creation of the reservation.Therefore: We will refund the advance payment if you cancel within 24 hours, except for cancellation fees (1% of the total amount of the reservation + 2% of the payment made). In addition, there is an additional 2% charge for international cards (outside SEPA), B2B virtual cards and for AMEX.

If you cancel before 30 days you have a 10% penalty of the advance. 
If you cancel between 30 and 10 days before, you have a 50% penalty of the advance. 
If you cancel up to 9 days before arrival, you have a 100% penalty of the advance payment. 

 

**GIFT VOUCHERS**: Gift stays purchased through our website will have a cancellation penalty of 30 euros the first 15 days after purchase. After these 15 days, the cancellation penalty is 100%.

**COVID-19**: We request that you read the covid measures section on our website and we are committed to complying with current regulations during your stay. All reservations that are affected by the State of Alarm, may change their date to enjoy it throughout 2022 without any penalty for the change, except if the client opts for a season or accommodation other than the one contracted. In this case, the customer must pay the difference in price. The amount paid for the initial reservation is the amount that will go to account for the new reservation.
